Effective date and acceptance

These Terms of Use are effective as of September 27, 2026. By creating an account or using BabyDaily, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and caregivers

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The family owner controls caregiver invitations. You are responsible for inviting only people who are authorized to access the child's information. Caregivers are responsible for entries made through their own accounts.

Personal and family use

BabyDaily is intended for lawful personal and family record keeping by adults. You may only add information and media that you have the right and authority to store and share.

Your content

You retain ownership of the profiles, records, notes, photos and videos you add. You give us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Not medical advice

BabyDaily does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring. Records, reminders, charts and reports may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on for urgent or critical care decisions. Contact a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns and local emergency services in an emergency.

Premium purchases

Premium features and current prices are shown before purchase. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the supported service and account.

Apple or Google handles billing, cancellations and applicable refunds under its store rules. You can restore eligible purchases from the Premium screen. We may change Premium features or pricing for future purchases, subject to store rules and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use BabyDaily unlawfully, access another person's account without permission, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious or unlawful material, scrape the service, circumvent feature limits, or use the service to harm a child or another person.

Account deletion and suspension

You may request account deletion through the app or website. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment or material misuse. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Service availability

We work to keep BabyDaily reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed or changed. Keep independent copies of information you must retain. We do not promise that reminders or notifications will always arrive at a particular time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, BabyDaily is provided as available without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice in the app. Questions can be sent to support@tvxlabs.com.
